As one of the Resilience Leads for the brand studio at Gensler, sustainability plays an important role in my design philosophy. During my time at Gensler I helped source and introduce sustainable material alternatives to our studio through prototyping with our vendors. I also helped to create a sustainable materials library, to steer our studio away from products with a high Global Warming Potential (GWP). Working alongside our design technology team, we tracked GWP with a carbon calculator on our projects and sourced sustainable alternatives that could still execute the client’s brand identity.

Expertise to amplify the sustainability message of our own studio and those of interior and architecture teams. We can create meaningful impact by promoting low-carbon, eco-friendly materials and practices. We craft compelling narratives that celebrate these efforts, and continuously educate ourselves, our vendors, and clients. This will not only enhances our projects but also inspires others to adopt a sustainable practice and embrace positive change.
